- •Represent Treasury in business development projects across all geographies
- •Provide input to business plans for bankable contractual frameworks
- •Optimize capital structures and document new debt transactions
- •Advise stakeholders including Business Developers and Operations Managers
- •Manage a portfolio of existing financings at TiL and terminal level
- •Identify funding options in financial markets and manage transactions
- •Evaluate and manage key financial risks and build acceptable structures
- •Develop relationships with banks and financial institutions
- •Lead negotiations for external debt transactions with finance lawyers
- •Support Treasury Operations in cash management and risk management
