- •Background in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field
- •Significant experience in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications/Media Relations & Crisis Communications
- •Expertise in shaping communication strategies and media relations across European markets
- •Proven crisis and issues leadership in complex environments
- •Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills at senior level
- •Excellent command of English; fluency in another language is a plus

- •Develop reputation-building initiatives to position Nestlé as a leader in nutrition, sustainability, and innovation
- •Create communications kits for various markets
- •Manage crisis communications strategies and ensure timely responses
- •Build and maintain an active media relations ecosystem
- •Handle media inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- •Equip markets and senior spokespeople with compelling communication materials
- •Support senior leadership in communications preparation for interviews and discussions
- •Lead the Z-EUR Reputation tracker process with market collaboration
- •Align on the yearly communications budget and market programs
- •Drive the Z-EUR Communications plan in collaboration with Internal Communications and Digital/Brand PR
