•Strong experience in developing solutions using Java
•Several years of experience in production support of systems in a complex environment
•Very good SQL and Unix knowledge
•Experience in bash / Python scripting is a plus
•Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills
•Analytical skills, structured approach, attention to details
•High discipline and stress resistance
•Ability to take ownership of tasks up to full completion
•University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience
•Strong experience working with Google Cloud architecture, Docker, Kubernetes and any of these Public Clouds: AWS, Azure, GCP
•Hands-on attitude and curiosity
•Fluency in English
•Strong communication and collaboration skills

Deine Aufgaben

•Collaborate with business departments and engineering teams to ensure production stability
•Focus on SL3 tasks related to production stability and vulnerability management
•Provide technical support for authentication and SSO-related incidents
•Perform deep dive debugging of Java services and SAML/OAuth2/OpenID Connect flows
•Resolve escalations with L2 and development teams requiring code-level expertise
•Communicate system stability updates to senior stakeholders
•Drive root cause analysis and implement system stability improvements
•Formulate and prioritize technical tasks to enhance system maintainability
•Streamline SL3 support processes
•Champion best practices for incident resolution and security compliance
