- •Mandatory advanced SQL skills
- •Hands-on BigQuery experience
- •Understanding of data mart concepts
- •Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- •Experience with LookML
- •Hands-on experience with Dataform
- •Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration
- •Experience in cloud-based analytics setups
- •Years of experience as Senior Analyst
- •Experience working with Data Engineers
- •Degree in data, economics, or IT
- •Fluency in English, German advantageous
- •Experience leading complex projects (advantageous)
- •Retail and ecommerce background (advantageous)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage the analytics product domain for Services and Solutions
- •Align priorities, backlogs, and delivery roadmaps
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPI logic
- •Translate business needs into analytical tasks and user stories
- •Maintain end-to-end accountability for analytical deliveries
- •Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on trends and data quality
- •Implement standardized and reusable KPIs across all reports
- •Partner with Data Engineers to design effective data marts
- •Build intuitive, decision-oriented dashboards in Looker
- •Ensure dashboard performance and alignment with KPI definitions
- •Promote modern self-service analytics over legacy reporting
- •Participate in cross-functional data community projects and migrations
- •Contribute to documentation and shared analytical standards
