Anforderungen
- •Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or comparable field, or equivalent professional training
- •Several years of practical experience in SAP Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence development
- •Strong knowledge of modern SAP solutions
- •Excellent SQL skills
- •Solid experience in ETL processing and data modeling
- •Hands-on SAP HANA experience
- •ABAP knowledge in SAP BW environments
- •Conceptual knowledge in data science, statistics, or predictive analytics
- •Strong analytical thinking
- •Solution and value orientation
- •Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly
- •Experience in engineering or technology roles
- •Experience within agile / DevOps product environments
- •Very good written and spoken English
- •German skills are an advantage

- •Consult with HR and management to develop impactful dashboards

- •Deliver SAP BI solutions within an agile DevOps team
- •Analyze requirements and design technical solutions for HR analytics
- •Implement and test ETL processes and develop data models
- •Create ABAP and SQL reports for HR planning and reporting
- •Monitor technology trends and enhance the platform capabilities
- •Provide technical consulting and coaching to team members
