- •Manage one or more counsels while providing strategic guidance
- •Lead licensing and structuring efforts for financial services
- •Secure necessary authorizations in each launch market
- •Embed regulatory and scheme requirements into product design
- •Drive regulatory engagement with financial regulators
- •Manage approval processes and draft responses
- •Ensure compliance with evolving regulations
- •Oversee commercial negotiations with card issuers and banking partners
- •Provide governance support through board papers and policy frameworks
- •Deliver targeted legal training for business teams
- •Create scalable processes and self-service tools
- •Develop automation solutions for legal and compliance workflows
- •Advise on new market entries and product launches
- •Coordinate external and internal legal support
- •Manage risk when legal issues arise
