Anforderungen
- •8+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- •Fully qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials
- •Extensive marketing legal experience at a law firm or in-house
- •Strong expertise in payments law, financial services law, or e-commerce law
- •Excellent English language skills; other European languages, ideally German, are a plus
- •Extensive knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines for marketing
- •Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills
- •Flexibility to work with colleagues in APAC and the United States
- •Ability to adopt a solution-focused and collaborative mindset
- •Expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- •Skilled at identifying business and legal issues and providing risk-based recommendations
- •Experience navigating complex legal issues around digital marketing
- •Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaboration
- •Organised and capable of managing multiple matters under deadline pressure
