Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent experience
- •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safeguarding functions
- •Relevant business experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, or Internal Risk & Controls Systems
- •Experience in conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing, or implementing mitigation solutions
- •Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services, or consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
- •Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and implementation
- •Experience with managing internal or external clients and client focus
- •Great communication skills for diverse audiences and excellent command in English
- •Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking capacity
- •PowerPoint and Excel skills, experience in GRC tools
- •English working language, German language skills are a plus
- •Interest and affinity for Information Technology and Generative Artificial Intelligence

- •Work with client teams to ensure project milestones are met
- •Lead sub-workstreams on projects and guide junior consultants
- •Manage communications and timelines for the sub-workstream
- •Contribute to business development and client pitches

- •Participate in internal projects and knowledge sharing
- •Support day-to-day operations of assigned tasks
