Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent experience
- •Minimum 1-2 years of experience in safeguarding functions
- •Relevant business experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, or Internal Risk & Controls Systems
- •Experience in conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing, or implementing mitigation solutions
- •Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services, or consulting methodologies
- •Relevant experience in project management, change management, or business transformation
- •Experience with managing internal or external clients and client focus
- •Good communication skills for diverse audiences and excellent command in English
- •Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking capacity
- •PowerPoint and Excel skills, experience in GRC tools
- •English working language, German language skills are a plus
- •Interest and affinity for Information Technology and Generative Artificial Intelligence

- •Work as part of a project team with clients
- •Ensure quality of deliverables and project milestones are met
- •Deliver content for (sub-)workstreams on projects
- •Collaborate with other consultants
- •Communicate proactively with project leads about progress
- •Prepare communications and project timelines for assigned activities
- •Assist in business development and client pitches
- •Share best practices and trends to enhance team expertise
- •Contribute to internal projects and training sessions
- •Support day-to-day operations of assigned tasks
