Anforderungen
- •Excellent academic background (Bachelor/Master’s Degree/MBA or equivalent)
- •Several years of professional experience in top-tier management/strategy/transformation consulting company with focus on P&O/HR topics
- •Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Sound and broad P&O/HR domain know-how
- •Experience with AI use cases in P&O projects
- •Fast learner, eager to understand and apply relevant concepts and tools
