Anforderungen
- •Excellent academic background (Bachelor/Master’s Degree/MBA) or equivalent
- •Long-term professional experience in top-tier management, strategy, or transformation consulting companies with a focus on P&O/HR topics
- •Experience in setting up and leading multinational consulting projects as a project manager
- •Experience with best-in-class methodologies for milestone execution and tracking
- •Sound and broad P&O/HR domain knowledge, e.g., in HR Business Partner or HR CoE/Expert role
- •Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Fast learner with eagerness to understand and apply relevant concepts and tools
- •Entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude and excitement to use AI in daily work
- •Proficiency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Set up and structure high-visibility P&O projects
- •Steer execution of end-to-end P&O projects internationally
- •Interact with collaborators and executive-level partners
- •Collaborate with global P&O business partners and country heads
- •Implement strategic projects that drive positive change
- •Act as a change agent by connecting the dots and thinking end-to-end
- •Challenge, hypothesize, test, and build innovative solutions
- •Leverage data to maximize user impact
- •Lead project teams and coach team members
- •Shape the team organized in Squads and Chapters
- •Introduce new ways of working, including agile-inspired approaches
