Anforderungen
- •Masters' degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- •Long-term experience in consulting, project management, or related field
- •Strong background in team development, leadership consulting, or organizational psychology
- •Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
- •Deep expertise in team dynamics, organizational behavior, and change facilitation
- •Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to work effectively across cultures, geographies, and business units
- •Proactive, adaptable mindset and passion for helping teams thrive
- •Proficiency in English

- •Design and implement high-impact projects for team effectiveness
- •Create a scalable support structure for team effectiveness at the enterprise level
- •Develop strategies to enhance team performance, collaboration, and resilience
- •Build a pool of facilitators for team workshops and leadership interventions
- •Coach leaders and teams through change and growth journeys
- •Provide expert guidance on team dynamics and leadership behavior
- •Create diagnostic tools to assess team performance and offer insights
- •Analyze data to measure intervention impact and improve approaches
- •Establish strong partnerships with global stakeholders and P&O teams
- •Collaborate with experts from business schools and consultancies
- •Stay updated on emerging trends in team development and apply them
