- •Knowledge and experience in relevant areas of responsibility
- •Knowledge and experience in configuration management of large projects
- •Knowledge and experience in the Space domain
- •Experience in the PLM Connect tool chain
- •Proactivity in development and implementation of improvements
- •Interest in data science, analytics, AI, and machine learning
- •International collaborative spirit and teamwork skills
- •Reliability and service-oriented working style
- •Future-oriented growth mindset and curiosity
- •Very good written and spoken German and English

- •Plan and execute configuration management throughout the product lifecycle
- •Identify configuration elements and ensure configuration control
- •Determine requirements and properties of configuration elements
- •Create configuration baselines
- •Supervise and control configuration management for suppliers
- •Report regularly on configuration management status
- •Prepare and deliver data packages at project milestones
- •Contribute to the data transformation plan for end-to-end data flow
- •Implement new digital processes, methods, and tool chains
- •Bridge the gap between data science and its application in the domain
- •Prepare documentation and present work results
