- •Experience in space mission design, analysis, specification, verification and validation
- •Experience in technology development & management
- •Experience at mission level with applications of instrument technologies (optical, radar, telecommunication)
- •Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- •Mission simulation experience
- •Proficiency in office tools, Google Workspace, DOORS, Matlab, mission analysis software, CAMEO, and MOFLT
- •Experience in System Lifecycle phases 0/A to E
- •Knowledge of ECSS standards
- •Understanding of costs and cost drivers
- •Understanding of engineering planning
- •Experience in identifying technical risks and opportunities
- •Experience in dealing with military customers, authorities and suppliers
- •Experience in export control (EAR, ITAR, etc)
- •English language skill C1
- •Leadership skills with ability to manage complex engineering projects
- •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead end-to-end mission and satellite constellation design
- •Define technical specifications and engineering deliverables
- •Establish Constellation CONOPS and E2E Mission Performance strategy
- •Manage project schedule, cost, quality, and risk
- •Ensure final customer acceptance of project deliverables
- •Capture customer and RFP requirements and generate solutions
- •Serve as point of contact for industrial partners
- •Identify and prepare key technology development plans
- •Run set-based concurrent development options
- •Produce technical Work Breakdown Structure and development schedule
- •Monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- •Lead engineering change management processes
- •Approve budget for engineering resources and verify availability
- •Support industrialization, production, and customer support
- •Adapt product development processes to meet program needs
- •Understand complex technical correlations and customer requirements
- •Coordinate interfaces with involved stakeholders
- •Translate customer requirements into feasible architecture
- •Define payload mission and operational concepts
- •Establish payload system and interface requirements
- •Create technical trade-offs and system analyses
- •Maintain system performance budgets and functional breakdowns
- •Compile technical risks and define necessary technology developments
- •Prepare technical feasibility evidence and reports
- •Create development schedules including qualifications and validations
- •Set up technical engineering plans for the constellation program
- •Deliver strategic requirements for the program's industrial setup
