Anforderungen
- •Experience in an analytical role
- •Experience in a customer-facing role or in-house role
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- •Good understanding of Databases
- •Practical experience in SQL and/or Python
- •Experience with implementing AI agents or BI Tools
- •Passion for experimenting with technology
- •Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement
- •Experience in planning and managing project scopes
- •Good understanding of processes in the Public Sector
- •Deep understanding of industry trends in the Public Sector
- •Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering or similar
- •Security Certification up to SÜ2

Deine Aufgaben
- •Identify and translate customers' strategic priorities into impactful Celonis use cases
- •Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices
- •Conduct Value Assessments and communicate value opportunities to C-Level executives
- •Facilitate business value workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement
- •Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate change initiatives
- •Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, and renewing
- •Develop a strategic expansion roadmap for embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform
- •Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform based on new use cases
