Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Energy, or related field
- •5+ years of relevant working experience in Germany
- •Proven track record in business development
- •Deep understanding of commercial real estate landscape
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate complex markets
- •Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills
- •Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- •Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

- •Understand client needs and develop tailored clean energy solutions, including solar and storage
- •Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating handovers with internal development teams
- •Lead regular meetings with internal teams and clients to align expectations and provide progress updates
- •Proactively address client feedback to ensure high satisfaction and service levels
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to stay informed about all service lines within Sunrock
- •Utilize market intelligence and tools to drive lead generation and pipeline development
