Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or technical/mathematical degree
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis role within a global or international environment
- •Experience in project management
- •Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Query design, Business Objects Analysis (BOA), Tableau, Databases or similar BI Tools)
- •Advanced MS Excel (including macros) and Power Point (Think-cell) and solid SAP knowledge
- •Ability to work under tight deadlines and external pressure
- •Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- •Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry including process design is an advantage
- •Customer- and results-oriented mindset

- •Prepare the monthly business reporting package
- •Analyze P&L variances and identify underlying business drivers
- •Develop clear management commentary
- •Compile and maintain data models and reports
- •Track performance against targets
- •Contribute to forecasting tools and dashboards
- •Conduct ad hoc analyses for divisional leadership
- •Support continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes
- •Develop and maintain KPIs and business metrics
- •Collaborate with regional Finance teams for data consistency
- •Identify deviations, trends, and risks
- •Propose corrective actions
- •Advance digital reporting tools and automation plans
- •Work closely with Finance teams and business partners
- •Maintain effective communication on deliverables
- •Support management presentations with clear analysis
