Anforderungen
- •Expert-level knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- •3+ years of experience with project management tools such as Jira
- •3+ years of agile coaching experience
- •Strong facilitation skills for sprint ceremonies and retrospectives
- •Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- •Preferably 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure
- •Demonstrated ability in workshop design and conflict resolution
- •Experience working across cultures and languages
- •Solid understanding of value stream mapping and waste elimination
- •Strong skills in MS Excel and Power Point
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •High level of commitment and reliability
- •Fluency in English, German as a plus
