Anforderungen
- •Seasoned experience in different teams and organizational setups
- •In-depth experience in coaching product development teams and adapting agile methodologies
- •Acting based on agile values and customer-driven mindset
- •Courage to raise issues and drive change
- •Strong facilitation, coaching, team dynamics, and organization design skills
- •Ability to understand, apply, and coach on situational leadership concepts
- •Motivation to solve impediments pragmatically and support collaboration
- •Ability to travel 1-4 times a month for required face-to-face interactions
- •Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in German is a plus
- •Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and remote working tools (Miro, Slack, Microsoft Office)
