Anforderungen
- •Initial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach or nearing completion of studies in business psychology, project management, or related fields
- •Courage and openness to new approaches and experiments
- •Curiosity and eagerness to explore new knowledge
- •Exemplification of the agile mindset
- •Good communication skills in German and English (C1) and enjoyment of networking
- •Openness to travel to head office in Hamburg from time to time
- •Knowledge of and initial practical experience with the Kanban method
