Anforderungen

  • •Initial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach or nearing completion of studies in business psychology, project management, or related fields
  • •Courage and openness to new approaches and experiments
  • •Curiosity and eagerness to explore new knowledge
  • •Exemplification of the agile mindset
  • •Good communication skills in German and English (C1) and enjoyment of networking
  • •Openness to travel to head office in Hamburg from time to time
  • •Knowledge of and initial practical experience with the Kanban method
