Anforderungen
- •University degree in mathematics, business administration, business engineering, or comparable
- •Very good university qualifications (CFA, FRM, MBA are a plus)
- •Fluency in business English and business proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch
- •Good understanding of how insurance business works
- •Extensive experience with SAP and SQL
- •At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in insurance accounting
- •Broad financial expertise with focus on accounting
- •Basic understanding of actuarial work a definite plus
- •Very sharp analytical and conceptual skills
- •Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- •Team spirit and ability to work under pressure
- •Openness and motivation to regularly change positions and collect experiences

- •Support transformation and M&A projects
- •Align with departments and stakeholders on transformation implications
- •Analyze the impact of transformation projects on existing setups
- •Define requirements for aligning current and future scenarios
- •Manage financial closing activities for insurance and reinsurance accounting
- •Run and reconcile closing processes for technical reserves and reinsurance
- •Define requirements for new reporting needs
- •Validate implementation of requirements
- •Drive automation and implement efficiency gains in technical accounting
- •Serve as the main contact for auditors on accounting-related topics
