Anforderungen
- •Native or fluent in German and English
- •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •Big Four public accounting experience preferred; Big10 or reputable accounting firms considered
- •At least 3–5 years of accounting experience
- •Direct experience with inventory accounting
- •Strong understanding of German GAAP and/or IFRS
- •Experience using accounting systems such as SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP software
- •CPA or Wirtschaftsprüfer (WP) qualification is a plus
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Highly organized and detail-oriented
- •Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- •Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environment

- •Manage daily accounting operations
- •Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- •Handle general ledger activities
- •Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
- •Reconcile credit cards and balance sheet accounts
- •Process payroll and assist with tax filings
- •Prepare monthly financial reports for stakeholders
- •Keep organized records of financial transactions
- •Support financial audits and coordinate with auditors
- •Monitor financial data to identify trends
- •Suggest improvements based on financial analysis
- •Assist with budgeting and cash flow activities
- •Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- •Collaborate with inventory, operations, and finance teams
- •Improve accounting processes related to inventory tracking
- •Identify and resolve issues proactively
- •Perform related tasks as needed
