Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the accounting close process for Polish entities
- •Ensure accounting accuracy and timely reporting
- •Maintain compliance with US GAAP and Polish GAAP
- •Liaise with AP, treasury, and HUB teams for expenses and funding
- •Perform account reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in Blackline System
- •Complete operating accruals and FX currency adjustments
- •Calculate interest and manage month-end transactions related to funding
- •Reconcile intercompany balances
- •Issue intercompany invoices as needed
- •Ensure Transfer Pricing compliance with intercompany agreements
- •Provide monthly results for management reporting and external consolidation
- •Train and support Polish business transactions for compliance
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance internal controls
- •Drive process improvements and lead required changes
- •Manage the financial statement external audit process
- •Complete audited financial statements and management discussions
- •Collaborate with EY for statutory reporting items
- •Oversee local VAT accounting and reporting
- •Coordinate Polish regulatory reporting with external advisors
- •Work with UK HUB finance team and European Controllers
- •Potentially expand role to include responsibilities for other Visa subsidiaries in Poland
