Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •Solid experience in operational accounting in a multinational environment
- •Experience in functional leadership, mentoring, or guiding a small team
- •In-depth knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and local compliance requirements
- •Confident user of ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
- •Excellent organisational and communication abilities, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- •Fluency in German and English
