- •Lead and manage the Particle Design section with approximately 20 employees
- •Hire, mentor, and develop team members
- •Identify skills, potential, and aspirations of team members
- •Coach employees on current performance and future potential
- •Develop and implement strategies for the section and organization
- •Ensure successful commercialization of manufacturing processes for drug substances
- •Scout and deploy innovative methodologies in crystallization and co-processing
- •Coach team members in scientific discussions with internal teams
- •Plan, execute, and resolve project-related challenges
- •Organize internal and external resources for project portfolio management
- •Coordinate work processes with partners and stakeholders
- •Promote collaboration with internal and external clients and partners
- •Ensure modern equipment standards and system support in laboratories
- •Manage proactive resource planning and capital investments
- •Ensure adherence to Roche Policies and standards for Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection
