Anforderungen
- •Higher education at least Master's level in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Process Engineering, or closely related field
- •Proven experience in process engineering/modeling within chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- •Demonstrated passion for new technologies and data-based insights
- •Strong conceptual thinking skills
- •Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- •Technical expertise in change management
- •Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus

- •Cultivate a high-performing team environment
- •Foster strong team spirit and motivation
- •Accelerate the impact of mechanical modeling across projects
- •Build relationships with universities and research consortia
- •Guide the scaling-up of chemical processes from lab to manufacturing
- •Define robust scale-down conditions for laboratory development
- •Integrate engineering considerations into process design
- •Champion continuous improvement and open collaboration
- •Enhance work processes to improve efficiency
- •Support laboratory operations and manufacturing campaigns
- •Contribute to departmental strategic goals and objectives
