Deine Aufgaben
- •Serve as the senior Early S&E leader within the TALT
- •Influence therapeutic strategy and integrate external innovation priorities into portfolio planning
- •Lead proactive sourcing and scouting for preclinical and Phase 1 assets
- •Build a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with TA strategy
- •Co-lead internal meetings to evaluate and prioritize New Product Opportunities (NPOs)
- •Review potential assets with cross-functional teams and decide on further due diligence
- •Develop and execute early partnering strategies for priority assets
- •Coordinate cross-functional due diligence for each opportunity
- •Drive scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial assessments
- •Partner with BD and Regional Ecosystem Leads to advance high-priority opportunities
- •Negotiate and close deals, ensuring seamless handoff and execution
- •Represent the TA at specialized conferences and cultivate relationships with biotech, academia, and investment communities
