Anforderungen
- •Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
- •10+ years of experience in nonclinical pharmacology within pharmaceutical or biotech industry or academic background
- •Strong expertise in in vivo pharmacology, disease models, and translational science
- •Familiarity with regulatory expectations for nonclinical pharmacology data
- •Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- •Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and modalities is highly desirable
- •Extensive knowledge in Cardiovascular or Renal Biology; both viewed highly favorably

- •Define and lead nonclinical pharmacology strategy
- •Design and oversee in vivo efficacy studies
- •Conduct pharmacodynamic and mechanism-of-action studies
- •Guide selection and validation of disease models
- •Develop and implement study protocols for pharmacology
- •Evaluate target engagement and biomarker studies
- •Select and collaborate with external partners or CROs
- •Ensure timely execution of pharmacology studies
- •Analyze and interpret complex data sets
- •Act as Senior Pharmacology lead on TA teams
- •Integrate pharmacology data with PK and Toxicology
- •Provide expert input on pharmacology-related issues
- •Contribute to due diligence for in-licensing opportunities
- •Prepare study reports and regulatory documents
- •Present findings to stakeholders and collaborators
- •Lead and mentor a team of Principal and Senior scientists
- •Foster a culture of scientific excellence and innovation
