Anforderungen
- •PhD in bioengineering, bioinformatics, molecular biology, structural biology, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in a scientific role related to protein engineering in industrial biotech or biopharma
- •Proficiency in data analysis using Python and relevant data science libraries
- •Deep knowledge of protein engineering R&D process, methods, and tooling
- •Excellent analytical and communication skills
- •Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- •Demonstrated interest in AI-guided protein design approaches
- •Experience in customer-facing roles in the biotech industry
- •Experience as technical lead on projects
- •Experience applying machine learning to protein engineering projects
- •Hands-on experience using APIs
- •Proficiency in SQL

Deine Aufgaben
- •Advise on protein optimisation projects suited to the Cradle platform
- •Translate scientific goals into objectives for the Cradle platform
- •Understand customer assays and workflows, researching relevant concepts as needed
- •Ensure customer data quality and formatting for machine learning
- •Train scientists on using Cradle’s platform
- •Collaborate with engineering to optimize protein design outputs
- •Present reports to help customers interpret platform outputs and forecasts
- •Provide recommendations for go/no-go decisions and project strategies
- •Build and maintain relationships with users and stakeholders in customer organizations
- •Identify additional projects and business units for Cradle’s platform
- •Collaborate with the sales team to expand relationships and projects
- •Measure and monitor customer satisfaction with products and services
- •Gather customer feedback and inform them of improvements based on their input
- •Collaborate with product teams to guide development addressing customer needs
