Anforderungen
- •Master’s in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or similar Life Science field
- •Minimum of 4 years of work experience
- •Experience with scientific/informatics software such as LIMS, ELN, or others
- •Experience in demonstrating scientific software in a pre-sales setting
- •Experience in a lab or research setting, ideally in antibody discovery or engineering
- •Demonstrated capacity to effectively model scientific data
- •Prior experience in demonstrating and supporting research instruments, reagents, or software
- •Understanding of research technology generally adopted by biopharma companies
- •Agile and adaptable mentality
- •Ability to establish as a trusted advisor for scientists
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Partner with account executives and leadership to develop account strategies
- •Conduct organized discoveries to identify customer needs and requirements
- •Craft solutions based on Benchling capabilities and industry best practices

- •Engage with product management to share insights on customer needs
- •Create reusable solutions, content, and training materials
- •Mentor and collaborate with other Solution Consultants
