Anforderungen
- •Scientific university degree (PhD level) in quantitative natural science or medical discipline
- •10+ years professional experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
- •Intrinsic passion for transforming healthcare using digital technology
- •Extensive senior level leadership experience in a large organization
- •Ability to establish internal and external networks
- •Recognized as a digital health leader by the community
- •Extensive experience in design and analysis of complex clinical experiments
- •Problem solving attitude and structured approach to work
- •Ability to establish direction and purpose for a team of scientists
- •Native English or equivalent, excellent writing skills

- •Establish digital science capabilities for the dBM and RPM chapter
- •Develop a roadmap for novel digital outcome measures
- •Lead the development of digital outcome measures for clinical trials and care
- •Drive regulatory and community acceptance of digital endpoints
- •Grow and mature the digital biomarker science team
- •Represent Science in the dBM&RPM chapter leadership team
- •Collaborate with stakeholders in clinical development and data science
- •Advocate for digital endpoints in the global research community
- •Communicate results at conferences and in peer-reviewed publications
- •Drive change internally and externally to enhance Digital Health Technology
