Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or computer science related field
  • •Profound experience in SAP Service Management, specifically in SAP FI/CO modules
  • •Expert in SAP FI/CO module(s)
  • •Experience with CRM or BI applications
  • •Experience with ancillary systems (FIS, Ariba, Fiori, Paymetrics, Vertex)
  • •Excellent team player and communicator
  • •Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • •Excellent English language skills in spoken and written form
  • •Ability to understand and adapt to various business needs and provide logical explanations/solutions
  • •Openness to share knowledge

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Provide global application support for ERP and ancillary systems
  • •Manage ERP and ServiceNow tickets and change requests
  • •Plan, implement, and report on minor and emergency changes
  • •Track changes and development efforts across systems
  • •Resolve incidents and changes with third-party support providers
  • •Approve change requests as a Change Manager
  • •Ensure proper completion and formatting of change documents
  • •Monitor KPIs within respective modules
  • •Facilitate communication between Key Users and third-party support
  • •Moderate SAP Key User meetings for assigned modules
  • •Support the creation of SLA reports
  • •Take action during escalations of unresolved incidents or changes
