Anforderungen
- •Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Business, Marketing, or similar fields
- •5+ years of experience in promotional/commercial roles
- •Experience in coordinating or managing a small commercial team
- •Creativity, proactivity, high motivation, and goal orientation
- •Passion for the world of Special Papers
- •Strong commercial attitude and customer orientation
- •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in German and English (Italian is a plus)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and coach the German & Central Europe Backselling team
- •Build strong relationships with End-Users, including agencies and graphic designers
- •Manage a personal portfolio of End-Users through regular visits and project development
- •Guide the team in project management activities and prioritize projects
- •Cooperate with Sales colleagues to finalize sales through printers and converters
- •Ensure accurate and reliable CRM data by monitoring team updates
- •Identify and pursue new End-Users as potential customers
- •Monitor market trends and dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- •Collaborate with the local Marketing Department on campaigns and events
- •Oversee the Fedrigoni Studios in Cologne, Berlin, Munich, and Prague
- •Work closely with the Global Luxury Packaging team to support strategic initiatives
