Anforderungen
- •Academic background in nutrition, food, or health or commercial background with relevant experience in the food and/or health industry
- •3-5 years of experience in specialty food ingredients, with responsibilities in business, marketing, or sales
- •Hunter mentality with drive to grow the business and achieve ambitious growth targets
- •Curiosity and quick learning
- •Communicative, persuasive, and open-minded team player with structured, independent, and quality-focused approach
- •Strong business acumen and commercial orientation with solid understanding of food ingredients industry
- •Willingness to promote and embrace digitalization
- •Enjoyment of traveling within Switzerland at least 60% of the time (2-4 days per week)
- •Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of French is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Build and develop profitable business relationships with existing and new clients in Switzerland
- •Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and initiate new projects
- •Implement a proactive sales approach, including cold calling to identify new clients
- •Ensure a robust project pipeline and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce
- •Collaborate closely with the local customer service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- •Set the annual budget in alignment with the European business unit and local IMCD site, managing customer pricing
- •Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned suppliers and portfolios
- •Acquire in-depth product knowledge of the assigned portfolio to assist clients with technical challenges
- •Stay updated on market trends and conduct continuous market analysis for strategic recommendations
- •Participate in trade fairs and customer seminars to strengthen client relationships and enhance industry expertise
- •Build a strong internal network within the IMCD Group by collaborating with key stakeholders
