Anforderungen
- •Degree (Master or PhD) in physics, quantum science & technology, or similar
- •Knowledge in low-temperature physics, detector physics, quantum physics, material science, optics, or similar
- •Initial professional experience in sales or business development
- •Ability to work with customers in academic research and industry
- •Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
- •Willingness to travel internationally (25%)
- •Open minded, friendly, and communicative personality
- •Independent, well-organized, proactive working style
- •High sense of responsibility
- •Recent graduation or some professional experience

- •Learn about customer requirements and their impact on product configuration
- •Consult with customers to choose ideal cryogenic solutions
- •Process customer inquiries and prepare quotes
- •Close sales deals with customers
- •Keep customers informed during order processing
- •Assist customers in preparing for installation and commissioning
- •Maintain contact with customers after order completion
- •Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
- •Build and maintain trusting customer relationships
- •Present company products and services at trade shows and meetings
- •Conduct product demonstrations and networking activities
- •Analyze customer feedback to identify new features
- •Collaborate closely with Product Development
