Anforderungen

•Technical qualification as a Technician, Master craftsman, or equivalent
•Training as a Safety Specialist or willingness to undertake part-time training
•Certification as an Internal Occupational Safety Auditor (ISO 45001 / 19011) or willingness to obtain certification
•Experience in Safety management, direct contact with Factory, Field Service, or technical field service
•Experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry
•Excellent knowledge of German regulations and laws related to occupational safety and fire protection
•Structured and independent working style
•Experience in project management and communication skills
•Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in MS Office applications
•Willingness to travel for field assignments (up to 10%)

Deine Aufgaben

•Support the Field Service team on occupational health and safety matters
•Perform duties as a Safety Specialist according to the German Occupational Safety Act
•Maintain the Occupational Safety Management System per ISO 45001
•Participate in audits and conduct internal audits per ISO standards
•Conduct construction site safety inspections
•Analyze accidents to improve safety measures
•Deliver employee training sessions on work safety
•Create and review risk assessments within the Service department
•Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of occupational safety measures
•Manage the EPLAS safety software and its administrative tasks
•Provide reports to management and HSE responsible persons
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
•Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and external service providers
•Act as the process owner for the SGA process
