Anforderungen
- •Technical qualification as a Technician, Master craftsman, or equivalent
- •Training as a Safety Specialist or willingness to undertake part-time training
- •Certification as an Internal Occupational Safety Auditor (ISO 45001 / 19011) or willingness to obtain certification
- •Experience in Safety management, direct contact with Factory, Field Service, or technical field service
- •Experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry
- •Excellent knowledge of German regulations and laws related to occupational safety and fire protection
- •Structured and independent working style
- •Experience in project management and communication skills
- •Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in MS Office applications
- •Willingness to travel for field assignments (up to 10%)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the Field Service team on occupational health and safety matters
- •Perform duties as a Safety Specialist according to the German Occupational Safety Act
- •Maintain the Occupational Safety Management System per ISO 45001
- •Participate in audits and conduct internal audits per ISO standards
- •Conduct construction site safety inspections
- •Analyze accidents to improve safety measures
- •Deliver employee training sessions on work safety
- •Create and review risk assessments within the Service department
- •Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of occupational safety measures
- •Manage the EPLAS safety software and its administrative tasks
- •Provide reports to management and HSE responsible persons
- •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- •Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and external service providers
- •Act as the process owner for the SGA process
