Anforderungen
- •University degree in engineering, environmental technology, safety management, or comparable field
- •Several years of professional experience in quality, occupational safety, environmental and energy management, and common quality techniques
- •Auditor certification in at least one relevant area
- •In-depth knowledge of legal regulations, relevant standards, and methodologies
- •Experience in team leadership, project management, and continuous improvement
- •Experience in processing metallic materials and non-destructive testing
- •Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
- •Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and high social competence
- •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, and Energy department
- •Manage the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
- •Conduct internal and external audits for certifications
- •Oversee Continuous Improvement Management and initiate improvement projects
- •Analyze and optimize processes to enhance quality and safety
- •Ensure compliance with legal regulations in environmental protection, occupational safety, and energy management
- •Prepare quality reports for local management and the Hydro Group
- •Train employees on quality, environment, and safety topics
- •Serve as the point of contact for authorities, auditors, and external partners
- •Manage personnel and budget for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety areas
