Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field
•Substantial experience in S2P systems support or operations, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment
•Proficiency in SAP (MM, FI) and VIM; knowledge of Coupa or Oracle is a plus
•Familiarity with procurement and finance compliance standards (e.g., SOX)
•Fluency in Business English at least B2 level
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•Maintain and optimize S2P systems (SAP, VIM)
•Configure workflows and approval hierarchies
•Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues
•Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
•Prepare documentation for audit processes
•Identify inefficiencies in the S2P system and propose solutions
•Collaborate with automation teams to implement new technologies
•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
•Document new processes and update training materials
•Work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams
•Gather user feedback to refine system functionality
•Act as a liaison for system-related topics
•Provide training and support to end-users
•Manage system-related queries and resolve issues
