Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • •Substantial experience in S2P systems support or operations, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment
  • •Proficiency in SAP (MM, FI) and VIM; knowledge of Coupa or Oracle is a plus
  • •Familiarity with procurement and finance compliance standards (e.g., SOX)
  • •Fluent in Business English at least B2 level
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • •Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Maintain and optimize S2P systems (SAP, VIM)
  • •Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and system parameters
  • •Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
  • •Prepare system documentation and support audit processes
  • •Identify inefficiencies in the S2P system and propose solutions
  • •Collaborate with automation teams to implement RPA and OCR technologies
  • •Monitor and analyze KPIs to recommend system enhancements
  • •Document new processes and update training materials
  • •Communicate system updates to stakeholders
  • •Work with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams on system improvements
  • •Gather user feedback to refine system functionality
  • •Act as a liaison for system-related topics among departments
  • •Provide training and support on S2P tools and processes
  • •Manage system-related queries and ensure timely issue resolution
