Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- •Solid professional experience in process consulting and harmonization of field service processes or similar tasks
- •Proficiency in project management methodologies and rollout/implementation environments
- •Experience with relevant CRM/ERP systems; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
- •Fluency in English and ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- •Willingness to travel

Deine Aufgaben
- •Represent the Service End-to-End Process Stream during rollout activities
- •Collaborate with a cross-functional rollout team
- •Work with product and process owners to develop solutions for Field Service and Customer Service processes
- •Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- •Define the local rollout organization with regional experts
- •Facilitate initial scoping and pre-assessment workshops
- •Design Fit/Gap sessions with local service organizations and implementation partners
- •Discuss and assess relevant processes within the integrated template
- •Identify initial process gaps and evaluate their impact
- •Ensure adherence to structured approaches during testing and cut-over phases
- •Moderate revisions as necessary
- •Support onboarding of implementation partners for Salesforce Field Service functionalities
