Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; ideally a PhD in a relevant field
- •Practical experience in process management, project management, or organizational development
- •Basic knowledge of process modeling (preferably ARIS), strong analytical and conceptual thinking, and excellent communication skills
- •Experience in workshop facilitation and knowledge of Business Process Management
- •Quick comprehension, structured working style, willingness to take responsibility, and enthusiasm for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- •Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to travel
