- •Drive implementation of the ONE template across the group.
- •Support local implementation and lead harmonisation activities.
- •Enable local teams to transition to new ways of working.
- •Assist local teams to go-live on time within budget.
- •Promote Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management aspects.
- •Quickly address and resolve local issues during transition.
- •Create Functional Specifications to bridge application gaps.
- •Enable key resources to support ONE template implementation.
- •Guide local experts to establish Business as Usual operations.
- •Document all work according to project standards.
