- •Experience leading change initiatives in IT transformation or operating model integration
- •Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- •Experience working across corporate and country-level structures
- •Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field
- •Very good fluency in English (written and verbal)
