Transformation Manager(m/w/x)

As a Transformation Manager, you will partner with the EVP to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Your role involves facilitating communication, supporting decision-making, and managing high-impact projects across the organization.

• •5–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role
• •Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •High degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
• •Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
• •Skilled in facilitating discussions, managing conflict and stakeholder engagement
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands
• •Adept at identifying resistance, managing risks and applying targeted interventions to ensure sustainable change
• •Fluent in English, and German or Polish, both written and spoken
• •Proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented
• •Collaborative team player who builds trust across all levels
