Robotics ML Engineer - Dexterous Manipulation(m/w/x)

In this role, you will engage in hands-on work to develop and refine manipulation policies, ensuring they are robust and deployable on real robotic systems. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced sensing technologies to enhance robotic intelligence.

• •Experience with contact dynamics, compliance, force interaction, or tactile feedback
• •Practical experience with robotic simulation and sim-to-real workflows
• •Strong Python and C++ skills
• •Ability to reason about system-level failures
• •Experience with tactile sensing or force-feedback setups
• •Exposure to policy refinement, fine-tuning, or robustness improvements
• •Familiarity with containerization, model serving, or CI/CD pipelines
