Anforderungen

•3+ years in RevOps systems, business systems, or revenue technology roles
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem, Chargebee, PandaDoc, or close equivalents
•Proven experience owning integrations and cross-tool workflows
•Strong analytical capability
•Ability to translate operational questions into clear reporting and dashboard outputs
•Comfort working inside CRM reporting environments
•Proficiency in Python or similar for analysis, automation, and metric validation
•Strong SQL skills and experience working with a data warehouse
•Hands-on expertise building dashboards in Power BI or similar tools
•Strong capability in data wrangling
•Ability to define KPIs precisely and build a single source of truth logic for Bowtie metrics
•Ability to explain metrics, assumptions, and insights clearly

•Own the development of Bowtie metrics for revenue teams
•Ensure consistent KPI definitions and calculations across teams
•Design and deliver reports on operational performance
•Highlight volume metrics, conversion rates, and win rates

•Monitor SLA adherence and identify stagnation signals
•Build CRM reporting with the CRM Business Admin
