CRM Business Admin: Lead-to-Cash(m/w/x)

As a CRM Business Admin, you will drive the strategy and execution of CRM processes throughout the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring efficient workflows and alignment across revenue teams while implementing best practices in Microsoft Dynamics.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics administration, sales/rev ops, business systems, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
• •Hands-on experience implementing CRM workflows and governance
• •Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable system designs
• •Experience supporting pricing/discount frameworks in CRM
• •Experience with other tool implementation (HubSpot, PandaDoc, etc)
• •Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and SaaS revenue workflows
• •Ability to gather requirements and implement them in CRM using best practices experience in Microsoft Dynamics
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written + verbal)
• •Structured problem-solving, process mapping, and systems thinking
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
