Anforderungen
- •3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics administration, sales/rev ops, business systems, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- •Hands-on experience implementing CRM workflows and governance
- •Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable system designs
- •Experience supporting pricing/discount frameworks in CRM
- •Experience with other tool implementation (HubSpot, PandaDoc, etc)
- •Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and SaaS revenue workflows
- •Ability to gather requirements and implement them in CRM using best practices experience in Microsoft Dynamics
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written + verbal)
- •Structured problem-solving, process mapping, and systems thinking
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
