- •Drive sustainability development for sugar and nuts
- •Oversee implementation of corporate sustainability targets
- •Collaborate with sourcing desks and sustainability leads
- •Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to achieve objectives
- •Engage with suppliers, auditing companies, and NGOs
- •Define activities to meet sustainability targets
- •Participate in Responsible Sourcing Team meetings
- •Align with other sustainability pillars on guidelines
- •Support execution of strategic supplier programs
- •Report weekly to Head of Responsible Sourcing
- •Conduct follow-up meetings with supply chain stakeholders
- •Collaborate on the annual Forever Chocolate progress report
