- •Optimize models using reinforcement learning techniques
- •Define and communicate strategic goals and success metrics
- •Clarify priorities for rapid and reliable delivery
- •Inspire and develop a high-performing team
- •Foster a candid feedback culture and set development plans
- •Contribute hands-on by reviewing code and designing experiments
