Anforderungen
- •University degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or comparable field
- •At least 5 years of professional experience or completed doctorate with practical experience
- •In-depth knowledge of semiconductor technology, thin-film deposition, BEOL process integration, or solid-state physics
- •Professional experience in cleanroom environment, ideally at 300 mm wafer level
- •Scientific and technical understanding in superconductivity, cryogenic characterization, micromagnet manufacturing, or quantum computing
- •Comprehensive knowledge of common analysis methods, e.g., AFM, SEM, 4PP, XPS
- •Expertise in project management and acquiring publicly funded projects and direct industry contracts
- •Enthusiastic and friendly personality with analytical and solution-oriented approach
- •Strong communication skills with very good German and good English skills
